Structured frameworks for impossible situations
Some crisis situations create paradoxes: you simultaneously want contradictory things, feel opposite emotions, or face impossible choices with no resolution. These situations don't get “better”—only survivable. And most advice fails because it tries to resolve the paradox by eliminating one side. These frameworks hold both sides as real instead.
These protocols do not resolve paradoxes. They help you survive inside them. They won't resolve the underlying situation—death still comes, the relationship still ends, the crisis still happens. And they won't work for everyone. Some people will need different approaches.
